1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product received is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
  • The product materially differs from the description on our website.
  • You wish to return unopened and unused products within the stipulated timeframe.

Important:

  • Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customized or personalized products (if any) are exempt from returns unless defective or incorrect.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • Returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Follow the instructions given for packaging and shipping the product back.
  • Return the product in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
  • Exchanges will be shipped after receipt and approval of the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Provide photo evidence to support your claim.
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Legal Rights and Disclaimers (Sri Lanka)

  • This Return Policy is subject to and does not limit your statutory rights under Sri Lankan consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 9 of 2003.
  • You have the right to goods that are of merchantable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
  • Returns for reasons outside the scope of this policy may still be covered under applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
