4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
• In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, first check your bank account.
• Then contact your credit card company or payment gateway — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
